- You'll learn the four phases of movement skills - Prep, Mobility, Control, and Strength - including examples.
- You'll learn how to assess your student's current movement skills, and how to choose the right exercises that will intelligently progress their ability.
- This knowledge will help you to know if or when your client is ready for a progression.
- You'll learn how to work ON a problem versus around the problem. Even in group classes.
- You will improve your programming, and create smarter more purposeful class plans.

Successful Layering
- Layering is a teaching tool that will help you improve your class flow, especially for mixed level classes.
- Layering is a way to get to know a student's movement skills. Therefore, it can be used as an assessment tool for new clients in their first class. You can also use it to assess your client's day-to-day energy or pain level.
- You'll learn how to create fluid transitions in your group classes and smart layers, that are inclusive and don't leave anyone behind, nor single any one student out.
- You'll learn examples for good layering, in theory and practice.
